6 Natural ways to treat anxiety. Supplements and vitamins that can alleviate stress!

Anxiety is related to feelings of strong apprehension about life events that can cause mild to more serious symptoms like panic attacks, dizziness, pour sleep at night and more. Anxiety can also relate to physical symptoms like sweaty hands, dry throat, tingling and sore head. Mild anxiety can usually go away once the event causing it is over, but a chronic form needs to be treated usually also with the aid of a physician.

4. Rhodiola

5. Lemon Balm

Lemon balm is a herb that comes from the same family as mint which has been traditionally used to improve mood and cognitive functions but it also with other beneficial properties. It is a good antioxidant, antiviral and antitumoral agent.

It can be consumed as a food supplement, tea extract or applied to the skin in balm or lotion. Lemon balm can also be useful to treat digestive problems and headaches. 6. Kava Kava

Kava should not be taken with alcohol to avoid unpleasant side effects like drowsiness, impaired reflexes and liver damage. The effects of Kava might be weaker with prolonged use. It might also cause yellowing of the hairs and some allergic skin reactions.

To obtain effective results it might take at least few weeks, as each natural therapy usually need and don’t forget that each supplements have different effects on  each singular person so you might not get the desired results.
