  1. This is great and this information needed in the society we live in today! Indeed we are constantly exposed to toxic chemicals, whether we like it or not. One thing I would add however is when approaching these detox methods, approach them with a clear intention and mindfulness in our everyday experiences. It is no point to drink green tea everyday, have green smoothies on the go, and feel rotten inside (in other words: running on fight or flight mode everyday). It’s sort of like putting a bandaid on an infected wound. Approach this with a lifestyle that can support the body to nautrally do what it has been built to do, until we ruined it with our on-the-go and nonstop livelihood:)
